Book 53 · Hadith 6995
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ الْهِلاَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سُفْيَانَ، - يَعْنِي مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ حُمَيْدٍ - عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " احْتَجَّتِ الْجَنَّةُ وَالنَّارُ " . وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ .
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: The Paradise and the Hell disputed with each other. The rest of the hadith is the same.
